After falling in love with the family photographs from her in-laws anniversary session, Tracy decided she wanted to share the gift of photography with her brother Dan and sister-in-law Brenda for their upcoming anniversary. Of course we love the idea - photography makes a great gift! So we were super excited when Brenda contacted us to redeem her anniversary gift session, and even more excited about how the weather turned out the day of the shoot!
We were thrilled to hear that Brenda and Dan wanted to incorporate some urban scenes in their shoot. Buffalo has some amazing old industrial scenes as well as new architecture dotting the ever changing skyline. So off we went to the West side of Buffalo, and started our shoot along the corridors of masonry and cobblestone that once symbolized an industrial empire.
Right from the start, Dan and Brenda were so relaxed and fun, that they just made this shoot a breeze. So from here, we'll let the photos do the talking.
From here we jumped in our cars and headed down Niagara towards downtown Buffalo to take in a bit more of the urban cityscape.
How can you not love the colors on this graffiti wall? Not to mention the laughter that Dan brings to Brenda's face! It's infectious! :)
As the sun faded behind the city buildings, we knew it was time to make a quick dash to Tifft Nature Preserve to catch the sunset. Nothing beats the colors of golden and blue hour. And these two made it even more beautiful!
Dan & Brenda - what an amazing shoot! We hope you had as much fun with us as we did with you! Happy anniversary -- we're wishing you many, many more!
