We had the pleasure of meeting up with Tracey and Adam for their engagement session at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens on a warm June afternoon, when the gardens were in full bloom. It was really important to Tracey & Adam to have part of their engagement shoot at the Botanical Gardens, since that is where Adam proposed. So we were really glad to start our shoot at the bench where Adam proposed, surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Tracey & Adam met at school. “I sat through a whole class with her,” Adam told us. “It wasn’t until the next semester that I asked her out.” Five years later, he asked her to marry him. “We went to the Botanical Gardens. In the garden area, she sat down, I went down on one knee, got the ‘yes,’ and got right back up!”
“I love everything about her – the whole package! My parents love her, my whole family loves her,” he says. “My sisters call her their sister already.” Tracey enjoys their easy and comfortable relationship. “He’s a great listener,” Tracey says. “And his hugs are great!” Looks like she certainly does enjoy his hugs! :)
After a quick wardrobe change, we headed over to Wilkeson Pointe at the Buffalo outer harbor. The sun was just setting, which gave us the perfect light for a few more intimate shots.
Adam and Tracey - we had a really great time with you two! We look forward to your Avanti Mansion wedding next year!
