Risha & Dennis' Wedding: Liberatore's Ristorante, Baltimore, Maryland

We were truly honored to be among friends to celebrate and photograph the wedding of Risha and Dennis at Liberatore’s Perry Hall Ristorante in Baltimore, Maryland. Their wedding brought a bold and vibrant spark to an otherwise cold, snowy, and long winter (even by Baltimore standards).

Risha & Dennis brought together their out-of-town family and friends at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in White Marsh. That’s where we met up with Risha the morning of the wedding, getting her makeup and hair done.

Risha’s details included two pair of shoes – one traditional & conservative, and the other trendy & fun! Everything was beautiful.

Shortly after hair and makeup were set, mom came in to help Risha get dressed. But not before trying on her veil - just for kicks. OK, now we can help Risha.

Meanwhile, Dennis was back in his room, getting ready for the big day. He had just opened the gift Risha gave him that morning, and had at the ready the two things he absolutely must not forget that day – the rings and the Bible!

Dennis' groomsmen were on hand to help him get ready. A little ticklish there, Dennis? :)

By this time, we had already learned that Dennis may be of intimidating stature, but he is really just a fun-loving guy at heart. He was very much at ease, making jokes or striking a crazy pose with his fellas.

Back in Risha's room, final touches were applied just in time for a few bridal portraits. Risha, you made an absolutely stunning bride!

We loved how the bold hotel décor accented the wedding colors. We took a few more shots before Dennis and Risha would meet up for their first looks at each other that day.

You could say the vibrant wedding colors were only muted by the spark that Risha & Dennis have brought into each other’s lives. To understand that, you would need to know a little more about how they met.

One day “out of the blue” a mutual friend of theirs called Risha to let her know that Dennis wanted to cook her dinner. “It’s just dinner, and if you don’t like him, then you got a good meal out of it because he can cook!” her friend said. So Risha reluctantly agreed. As it turns out, Dennis called a few days before their dinner date just to break the ice—and that short call turned into a three-hour conversation.

After that dinner, Risha knew Dennis was the man she would marry. She was right!

We love the before-and-after looks on their faces. Their love is so sincere, it shows!

Risha says, “I’ve come to know Dennis as the sweet and gentle person that I talked to that first day. He has truly made my heart soften and sing…The thing that I love MOST about him is that he is a good spiritual man.  I found true love!”

Dennis says, “From the very start, I knew that everything would be alright…The ease and flow of our conversation and the chemistry we both share… points in only one direction. Togetherness.” Now, there’s a man who knows he has found a good thing!

Just after first looks, it was time to head to the ceremony--but not before stopping in the lobby for a few shots of this handsome couple.

A large crowd was gathered at the Kingdom Hall awaiting the arrival of the bride and groom. Risha's entrance did not disappoint. As her brother escorted her down the aisle, Dennis looked on like the happiest man alive!

Dennis made sure to hold out the ring, just to make sure we were all still paying attention. A short kiss later, and it was official!

Finally, everyone was off to celebrate the event at Liberatore's Ristorante.

Dennis and Risha wasted no time stepping right in to their first dance, and had a ball singing to each other all the while. After next dancing with her brother, it was time to open the floor to everyone. Once the dancing got started, it did not stop!

The day would not be complete without cake! Lastly, the happy couple thanked their guests as well as the venue staff for great service and delicious food (it was crazy good).

One nice thing about having an early wedding is, it may just end before sunset. So we were hoping we might catch the sunset with the newlyweds before wrapping up the day. Well, the sunset did not disappoint. Once again, beautiful brilliant colors celebrated the end of a beautiful day.

Dennis and Risha, congratulations to the two of you. Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your day! We wish you both every happiness in your new life together!
